Join us for a 5-day experiential training to deepen your skills as a workshop facilitator.

Workshop facilitation requires skills in both designing and delivering an effective learning experience and facilitating a group container. In this workshop we will explore both aspects.

This training is for workshop facilitators who want to deepen your:
~ skills in creating safe-enough & engaging experiences for participants
~ awareness & skill in holding power & tend to inclusivity & accessibility
~ ability to navigate challenging or sticky moments
~ confidence, ease, & grace while facilitating
~ capacity to receive & integrate feedback
~ self-awareness of your blindspots & growth edges
~ relationship with peers committed to learning & growing together

This is a small container with a high degree of personalized attention and lots of opportunities to experiment and practice.

We have five incredible days together with a mix of inner work, concepts, individual and collective reflection, and several iterative practices where we will be developing our skills.

The offering includes meals and accommodation at the beautiful Flinton House

About your trainer

Helena De Felice (she/they) is a trainer and facilitator with a commitment to creating learning environments that center dignity and connection.

This training has been co-designed by Metonomy Consulting and Our Sacred Body and is informed by Process Work/Deep Democracy, Instructional Skills frameworks, Wheel of Consent, and interpersonal neurobiology.

Helena’s personal facilitation experience includes over 100 virtual and in person workshops. The focus of her workshops have been training participants in a range of skills, including embodiment, intimacy, communication, leadership, and holistic peer counselling.
