Helena has worked with many groups and hundreds of individuals as a coach, trainer, doula, mentor, teacher, anchor, mediator, sacred intimate, peer, and counsellor in contexts of healing, death, birth, sex, trauma, conflict tending, art, and consciousness exploration with breathwork, meditation, trance, and entheogens.

We are based in Vancouver, Canada for most of the year and Sweden for the summer months.

My first decade of working after university included corporate management consulting within banking, utilities, infrastructure, construction, and international development.

Some identities and presentations where Helena holds unearned and earned rank in many settings: white, European, upper-middle working class upbringing, educated, mostly able-bodied, looks and size close to mainstream beauty standards, Swedish and English language fluency, passport privilege (able to live and work in Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand), travelled, regular access to their ancestral lands, straight-passing, married, supported by loving partner, colleagues, family, friends, and community.

Some experiences where Helena has navigated marginalization: femme, queer, trauma survivor from many dimensions including CSA, SA, and coercive control, burnout, invisibly disabled, gender expansive, immigrant, neurodivergent, English as a second language, witch, artist, activist, polyamorous, self-employed.
